Now, you probably already begun to look at Monster.com, Career Builder, indeed.com type of website that's a good start, but even if you spent countless hours here applies to 500 jobs, you have barely scratched the surface my friend . Many of these jobs are posted online only as a formality. Even if they are legitimate jobs you want to practice, you have more than just online and hope that you considered doing a sea of millions Apply.
For example the telephone number of that company provided along with the address of the headquarters of the company and the name of an HR director and snail-mail to the attention of that person with a handwritten note, power point presentation, resume & cover letter explaining that you are the right candidate for the job. All this effort will surely grab attention that person.
You now have the right to call them on the phone have to make sure they received your materials, after all you spent time, effort and money mailing them. Hopefully you pinch their attention.
If you know where the real jobs, stand up ...

Well you probably think you have done most of the serious work to get that connection, but your relationship is not over. Follow up with thank-you e-mails, phone calls, and even hand-written personalized thank you notes
This seems a lot of work is not it? Well, there's a reason they say that job search is a full-time job. However, these steps in searching for work to maximize the chances of getting an interview and actually the right person "Radar" for consideration, so much more powerful and empowering than just throw your resume to lose in a sea of hundreds. And in the process, you have contacts, have a polished portfolio of yourself and a sense of real accomplishment that your most important quality that builds up in your job search self-confidence.
